Lyslynn Lacoste

Lyslynn Lacoste brings a deep, long-standing connection to Strategies For Youth, having known the organization since its inception. Now based in San Francisco and serving as Chief of Staff at the Public Defender’s Office, Lyslynn offers a wealth of experience in juvenile justice reform and community-based initiatives. For 25 years, she has diligently served youth through leadership development, mentoring, and advocating for juvenile justice reform. With the capacity to now engage fully, Lyslynn is eager to contribute her time and talents to advancing our mission. Her policy expertise and organizational leadership will be valuable assets to the board, especially in the areas of governance and strategic growth. Additionally, he presence on the board not only deepens our bench of juvenile justice experts but also expands our geographic reach, better reflecting the national scope of our work.
