Jessie is an experienced nonprofit leader, with expertise in both international and local programs. She began her career as the founding Executive Director of Gardens For Health International, which works to address the root causes of malnutrition in Rwanda. Following 5 years with Garden for Health, she spent 3 years as the Executive Director of Social Venture Partners Boston (SVP). SVP is a Boston-based venture philanthropy group that invests in extraordinary nonprofits that are on the precipice of change—like Strategies for Youth! Currently Jessie is leading the new CVI Center at Perkins International. She is a graduate of Princeton University and the Harvard Kennedy School.
