Brian K. Lowe

Brian Lowe has over 30 years of law enforcement experience serving the City of West Lafayette, IN and currently the Tippecanoe County Indiana Sheriff’s Office. Brian is currently the Lieutenant of Administration where he is responsible for hiring and training. Brian has served in the Patrol Division, Public Information Division, Detective Division as well as Administrative Division. Brian was a previous DARE Officer as well as a National DARE Instructor.

Brian has been teaching the Policing the Teen Brain curriculum in Tippecanoe County for over 12 years. In addition to training officers across Indiana, he has instructed over 1,000 officers around the country including cities and rural areas ranging from Omaha to Indianapolis to Lewiston, Maine and areas near Philadelphia in New Jersey. “The Policing the Teen Brain curriculum has been the most valuable training I have taken in my career. This is why I am so passionate about teaching fellow officers.”
