Ibrahim (Abe) Aly is a Manager at CohnReznick (CR) in the Audit practice with eight years of experience in accounting. Abe has significant experience in the audit of real estate projects, nonprofit agencies, film and entertainment enterprises and commercial entities. Abe works with nonprofits subject to Yellow Book, OMB Uniform Guidance and Massachusetts UFR audit requirements. Abe is a member of CR’s Non-Profit Committee where he develops processes and trainings for both internal staff and external client and public education. Before working in public accounting, Abe was a fund operational accountant at State Street.

Abe immigrated to the U.S. at the young age of 10 and had resided in Massachusetts ever since. He has volunteered at multiple nonprofits that focus on youth, education and growth. Abe is a CPA and holds a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelors in Accounting from The American University in Cairo.
